The easiest way to connect 5 screens to 1 pc is with this Graphics Card; CGAX-7856M6.

This card has 6 mini-displayport outputs and you can connect 6 screens to that.
When using Screens with DP input you can use “normal” or “passive” cables, when using screens with other inputs you will need Active Adapter Cables for every monitor apart from the first 2 you connect.
Note: Cables USB/DP/HDMI will loose singal quality after 3 meters and you might need active cables for cables longer than that.
For Screens with VGA input you will need : CAC-1102 = Mini-DP to VGA Active
