Hi,
If the second DP port of the card connected directly to the monitors does not work either the driver or our windows installation is providing issues. There is also a possibility that graphics card is having issues.
As the MST Hub is a portable device, please check if you can have it tested in a different system.
Based on your feedback, it should work.
