I want to have 2 monitors at 2560×1440.

Optiplex 3020 with DP for a monitor, it is OK.

CVS-2302H USB interface for the other monitor. 

I can use this interface with an adapter cable or need a new USB interface. I can use DVI or DP on the monitor.
