Hi Consecca,
It does state on Amazon that your “Rankie” adapter should support Aplle MAC’s … so that is a bit weird.
I do see that the Adapter you have supports up to 1920x180p so if you are trying to connect that Hazro screen as the second screen then your problem is the resolution. Your screen has a native resolution of 1440p and the adapter does not support more than 1080p. Why don’t you just use a Mini-DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable ?
