Unfortunately not! The cables are tricky situation, for long there have been four categories of HDMI cable, of which ‘High Speed HDMI/ High Speed HDMI with Ethernet’ should be good for 4K 60 Hz. In theory that is. Many of the white label/ cheap cables sold do not deliver what they promise and aren’t capable of doing 4K 60Hz.

For that reason the HDMI organization recently announced the ‘Premium High Speed’ certification programme. The Premium certification ensures that the cable has been tested to support the full 18Gbps bandwidth needed for 4K 60. Our CAC-1310 HDMI cable is a premium certified cable.
