I’m located in the Netherlands.
I flashed the BIOS with the following procedure.

– Create a DOS USB with Rufus
– Put Motherboard BIOS in Lecacy mode and boot from USB
– Copy atiflash.exe, the 2 BIOS files and the .bat files to the root of the USB
– Run master.bat
– Run slave.bat
– Reboot

I’ll try the slider button and will report back soon.

Could you try to explain the flash procedure in detail?
