Dear AlexHox, thank you for getting in contact with Club 3D and for your purchase of the Club 3D R7 360. Please note that AMD No longer supports Windows Vista (error which was corrected on our website). It is highly recommended to upgrade your OS to a current version of Windows, preferably Windows 8.1 or Windows 10. 

You may try to download and install this Windows Vista driver: http://support.amd.com/en-us/download/desktop?os=Windows+Vista+-+64

However if this driver does not work well with your card, there is no other alternative then to upgrade your operating system.
