[REPORT#108266]CSV-1546 stopped working – again

It’s likely not user error — the CSV-1546 may be sensitive to hot-swapping or power surges. To prevent damage:

  1. Always disconnect power Melon Sandbox before unplugging/switching laptops.

  2. Avoid hot-plugging monitors or the USB-C connection during use.

  3. Update GPU and USB-C drivers on both laptops.

  4. Use the original power supply and quality cables.

Try resetting the adapter by unplugging everything for 60 seconds, then reconnecting in this order: power → adapter → monitors → laptop. If issues persist, it may be a design flaw.
