Unfortunately you cannot get the fan replacement in a shop if you want to get the original cooler. Your alternative is to get an aftermarket cooler. Artic Cooling, NZXT are some known brands you can get.

That is what i was thinking. However looking through those coolers i never once saw specifically club3d r9 270x listed as compatible card. Can i trust cooler will be compatible if it lists r9 270x of other vendor as compatible card? What i am really asking if there is some standard of mounting holes all vendors follow or if every vendor does his own things making coolers incompatible across vendors?

We are using the reference design PCB, so it is compatible if you use an aftermarket cooler.
