I’m having trouble with my Club 3D CAC-1080 USB-C to DisplayPort adapter on my Dell XPS 13 (2020). When I connect it to my LG 27″ 4K monitor, I get “No Signal” fnf on the monitor. The adapter powers up (white LED on), but the screen stays blank.
What I’ve tried:
• Updating laptop BIOS & graphics drivers to latest version.
• Testing different DisplayPort cables.
• Plugging the adapter directly into USB-C (no hub).
• Changing monitor input to DP1.4 & DP1.2 modes.
Still no image. Laptop detects external display in Windows 11 Display Settings but shows “Display disconnected”. Any ideas?
