One of my three fan’s is making a lot of noise and I want to replace it.

I have no information about the fan.

Where can I order a new fan?

Hi Mikki,

This product has been end of life since early 2016, I have no idea where you could order a new fan, perhaps a trading website.

Thanks Clubbie,

Found the fan’s Power logic Model PLA08015D12HH.

But only available in china, nowhere else

It was a very expencive card when I bought it.
