CSV-1564 crashes Windows 11

Using CSV-1564 with Windows 11. Have done every update from manufacturer and Windows Update. Crashes several times a day, no matter the load on the processor. 

Dell laptop:

Processor AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics 1.80 GHz
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Is there a firmware update for the dock?

 

Insert Image Size must be less than < 5MB.

UEFI is up to date. Power saving settings are not enabled

Does the Laptop also crash without the CSV-1564?

No, which is why I believe it’s the dock
