CSV-1568 loses network connection

Hello,

 

My Laptop (Asus ROG Flow x13) connectet to the CSV-1568 loses the Network connection randomly.

I allready installed the latest network drivers for the CSV-1568 from the Club 3D homepage.

The RJ45 port on the dockingstation stays active (LED indicators are flashing/on).

A restart of the dockingstation solves the problem until it apears again after hours, or days.

 

Anyone with the same problem and/or a solution for it?

Check your usb settings, make sure Windows is not allowed to turn of the USB to save power.
