I connected the CSV-1593 on a MacBook Air Intel 2020 to two HDMI monitors. But on the Displays settings, only one is recognized and both monitors show the same image. Any help or advice?

Apparently your MacBook supports Thunderbolt3 with DP alt mode 1.2.
This is described on the webpage of the CSV-1593
Note: When connecting a DP1.4 Alt mode supported host, the max resolution of HDMI™ is 4k/60Hz (dual 4K/30Hz); When connecting a DP1.2 Alt mode supported host, the max resolution of HDMI™ is 4k/30Hz (dual 1080P/60Hz) due to bandwidth limitation.
Your displays are 1920×1200, can you try lower the Resolution to 1920×1080? I know it is not what you currently try to achieve but will rule out that the CSV-1593 is faulty.
