Guys iam hoping the community here alo g with our good hosts can assist in a resolve for a supported hdmi to dvi or displayport cable which allows the ps5 to run at 1080p 120hz.

I have be frantically researching a resolve to my situation using a Asus monitor which hdmi only support 60hz. I know iam not the only one looking for this solution.

I will keep this post updated with my findings

As you mentioned, you are not the only one looking for a solution on how to convert the HDMI 2.1 output from the PS5 into a DisplayPort input of a PC monitor 🙂

Maybe the CAC-2330 would be an option if you are only looking for 1080p 120Hz. (this adapter does not support 4K120Hz.)

The CAC-1331 (and probably CAC-1332) can do 1080p 120Hz just fine. It can probably do 1080p 230Hz but my display doesn’t go beyond 144Hz.
