Savarna

Good morning,

yesterday my CSV-2604 arrived.
I installed the drivers and tried to configure the two external displays, but one of the displays gets no signal, always.

Windows 10 on Lenovo T510
Two Fujitsu E22W-6 LED external Displays, connected with DVI-Cables (which are definately working!).

What should I do to make it work?

Good day Savarna,
To be able to send 2 x 1680×1050 video signal at 60Hz over USB, this need to be a USB 3.0 port. Please check if the CSV-2604 is connected to a USB 3.0 port.
