Mini DP to HDMI. No DTS sound or 4K 60hz

I just got my club 3d adapter and got some problems. I cant get 4k output in 50/60 Hz or dts sound. Whats wrong?

Got this mail from support:
“Good day Petter,

Here is the dropbox link to the updater program (called AuxUpdate PS176_0.08), the “how to” and the firmware file itself (0x07 0x00 0x26).

Just copy onto desktop and run as administrator.

BUT, I only get to this screen when I try to update the driver… Did send them a new email, 3 days ago.. no respond.. 

Any tips, someone?
