Mouse and Keyboard keep dropping connection – CSV-1564W65

I’ve been having this issue for about 2 weeks. the mouse and keyboard keep dropping connection from the dock. sometimes one will do it, sometimes both. it’s incredibly frustrating.

recently updated firmware & OS on the computer in hopes it would resolve the issue, but did not. any advice?

Does this happen from all USB ports on the dock?

yes, i’ve tried moving the connectors to the different ports and it keeps doing it.

What are the power settings of the USB?

Try to configure what your laptop does after going to sleep.

this is what i found when i went into device manager.

i’m unable to change the power settings as i don’t have high performance option.

problem is with the missing drivers code, there are no drivers for the USB ports, or dock.

As far as I know the dock has no new firmware.

Have you tried uninstalling the Controller and let Windows reinstall it again?
