I just picked up a used computer at a yard sale not booting came to find out power supply was gone anyway i mainly bought it for parts.Inside there was radeon r9 290 series i wanted to add to my old gaming computer.I got an asus 990fx amd 8 core processor with 16gb ram and antec 850 power supply windows 11.I added the card it will boot no video board gives no errors on the self diognostics but it will only run for a minite then reboot.I added my video card and theres video on the old card but none on the radeon r9 290 series and it only boots to the login screen and reboots.Fans are turning if i unplug one power wire from it it boots up fine.The card works on the board i got from the yard sale but not on this one any ideas

so i got video by using a monitor was using hdmi on a tv but it has lines going through the screen it boots so far then goes black screen.i can boot into the bios and it will stay on not sure if im supposed to change bios settings or maybe the monitor is the issue
