What’s your preferred resolution for gaming?

At Club 3D we love multiscreen Eyefinity gaming and high resolution monitors. In our office we have some multiscreen setups as well as some Samsung 1440p and 4K monitors for testing, benchmarking and gaming.

But we are very interested to know about your setup! Do you use more than one monitor? Do you have a 21:9 cinema screen? Or still happy with your older 19″ 1280x 1024p panel? Will you upgrade to a 4K panel when you have the chance? Let us know!

happy with 1080p with one monitor šŸ™‚
Anything better is too expensive for me, 4k is certainly out of question. Would dent my budget for the entire year. Maybe when those get cheaper like 50% from the prices today.

Prices are coming down quite fast on the 4K displays, faster than the 1080p display implementation. Make sure that you get the new generation with DisplayPort 1.2a, this will have native support for adaptive-sync. Right now you can get this Acer B286HK for $349.00, here is the link

I wish prices in my country are like that in the US. The black friday sales in particular was very tempting! That is quite cheap considering I purchased my 24-inch monitor for $200
