Hi, will the CAC-1510-A work with an old 23 inch Apple monitor and the new Mac Pro 2019 (catalina 10.15.7?

I have tried other usb-c to dvi adapters with no success. The last adapter I tried cause the cinema display image to go on and off every two seconds which is definitely not the best way to work.

So, I am hoping the CAC-1510-A hdcp off will be the solution to my problems. The old monitor is in a great condition and it would be a shame not to be able to keep using it for a few more years.

I have used a CAC-1510-A to connect a 23 inch (Apple Cinema HD Display) and a 30 inch (Cinema Display) to a Mac mini 2018.
