I share my experiences with the little devil adapter as following:
my setup :
PC: Intel NUC6i5SYH (Skylake Iris 540 + 16GB RAM+ 256GB SSD)
TV: LG 40UB800T,
HDMI Cable 6ft – HDMI 2.0 Ready (4K @ 60Hz, 18Gbps) – Braided Cord (28AWG) – High Speed with Ethernet & Audio Return Channel – Video 4K 2160p, HD 1080p, 3D – Xbox, PlayStation, PS3, PS4, PC, Apple TVby SecurOMaxClub3D Mini Displayport 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 UHD (CAC-1170)by CLUB3D
The first day setup make me crazy, but 2nd day better, I even got 2160p@60Hz with old HDMI 1.3 cable 😉
The next few days drive me nut, I can’t get it over 30Hz at 4K.
After a lot of trying with update new drive to 4444, buy a new cable say pro one, and I am preparing to order: Club3D HDMI Premium Certified 2.0 High Speed 4K/60Hz UHD Cable (CAC-1310) 
but finally I just re-arrange the cable lay it strait and 4k 2160p@60Hz is back to very stable condition.
