Hi,
Do you have your old graphics card so you can place it and see if the system is booting up? Can you check if you can place the card in a different PC to verify if the card is actually giving the problem?
It does work but we have noticed that the Intel driver on the 4400 series it does not behave as it should. With the Intel HD 5000 series there no issues.
If you are using a USB Docking Station running a DisplayLink chipset for graphics then you can use up to 6 displays.

Ok, I am glad that you resolved the issue.

Hi,
rev ao 2.1 FW?
Hi,
I am not sure if i understand your answer correctly. You state that you do not have any HDMI displays but you are converting the signal to HDMI, can you clarify this?
Hi,
If you are using external usb graphics either by using standard adapters or docking stations, the DisplayLink chipset allows you to configure up to 6 displays. Note that performance on the displays depends a lot of the GPU you use and what applications you want to use. In this case if you choose this method, adding your existing video ports you can figure how many displays you can obtain.
In regards to using the MST Hub we don’t recommended with the Intel 4400 as we have tested this GPU on a standard desktop configuration as well as the Intel NUC and we are not able to drive individual displays or MST Mode, only on SST mode (single resolution across several displays only). On the other hand on the Intel HD 5000 series we did not have any problems.
Hi Richard,
Did you turn off the Surface display to obtain the third display?
Hi,
Please let me know in the white sticker what firmware version you have. This is located in the cable next to the displayport connector.
Thanks.
Don’t forget to save your Eyefinity setup, always good to recall the setup when there is a problem. You don’t have to set it all over again.
Glad you found the button.
Do you have more monitors connected to the graphics card? Why don’t you connect the native hdmi port to the TV?
If you are using more than two displays note that you might have to use an active adapter on the mini display port
What graphics card do you have working with the mst hub? Have you tried pressing the scan button to resolve the problem? Do you have the latest graphics driver?
We will do our best to have it returned asap.
I went to the download link and downloaded 50.5MB, not sure what is the problem you have.
