Pay for service when card is under warranty? R9 280x

Hello,

I emailed Club3D for an RMA of my videocard because it is crashing and giving grey screens.
The problem is that the store where i bought it is out of business and now they want to charge me 20 euro’s to take it in for an RMA.

Is this normal? i never ever had such thing happen to me when i sent the product back to the manufacturer even though i bought it in a store.

Please someone explain this to me.

The charge is associated with the freight expenses that needs to be covered. We try to help users having the problem you have by servicing the product.
