Pay for service when card is under warranty? R9 280x

Hello,

I emailed Club3D for an RMA of my videocard because it is crashing and giving grey screens.
The problem is that the store where i bought it is out of business and now they want to charge me 20 euro's to take it in for an RMA.

Is this normal? i never ever had such thing happen to me when i sent the product back to the manufacturer even though i bought it in a store.

Please someone explain this to me.
