    Hi LittleStereo,

Could be a number of things …
It normally work best to have the Screen via the Adapter as secondary screen.
    Please disable CrossFire.
I dont have feedback on the 10 meter cable, it looks fine spec-wise.
Some TV’s can do native Pixel Clock of around 594 MHz, however DP1.2 only allows up to 540Mhz. With “normal” graphics drivers you can often  not do such setting but with program like CustomResolutonUltility (CRU) you can. Jus tmak e a cusotm resolution for 380x 2160 at 60Hz prograssive with Timing Standard at CVT-RB (Reduced Blanking) and pixel clock set to 539MHz.

    Hi mjnichol,
You are right CRU does not have Color Depth setting, but it does “overwrite” the Nvidia driver settings, which does help in some cases.
If you choose 4k at 30Hz (or lower) you should be able to run 4:4:4 in 12Bits BPC.
Normally Graphics driver will blank out the option to change the 8 Bit BPC but when the frequency is lowered it should activate again so it can be changed …
Did you check with Nvidia on this already ?

    any luck with this ?

Unfortunately not have been able to test it with SEK-3500.

I am suspecting the Pixel Clock being too high. Some TV’s can do native Pixel Clock of around 594 MHz, however DP1.2 only allows up to 540Mhz. With “normal” graphics drivers you can often  not do such setting but with program like CustomResolutonUltility (CRU) you can. Hi Something9,

That can depend per card. Please send me a picture of the backside of your Card by email to [email protected]. It should show ItemCode / EAN / Serial Nr / Prodcution NR. Based on that i can check for a Bios for you.

    Hello mjnichol,
it looks like the system/adapter is not able to read the EDID info from the TV in proper manner and therefore does not allow you to do certain settings. Does the TV have and HDMI2.0 input so you can try without the SMart Hub ?

    Good day mjnichol,

What screen do you use ?

    Hi Usernamegoeshere,

Most 4K screens do not genereate a very good picture in 1440p, most likley it will even look better in 1080p. However please do check with Vizio if such resolutions are actually supported.

Please use HDMI port 5 on the TV.
TV’s often work best by making a custom resolution in your case 2560x 1440 p with Timing Standard set to CVT-Reduced Blanking.
    Please turn off GPU Scaling.

    Good day Steven,

    From the technical document:

Operating Temperature (Independent of altitude)   0°C to 40°C [41 to 95°F].

    Non-Operating Temperature (Independent of altitude) -20°C to 60°C [-4 to 140°F].

    Thermal Shock:

Per ANSI/EIA-364-32, Condition 1, 10 cycles of the following conditions are applied:

    1. -55°C for 30min
    2. +85°C for 30min

well there can always be minor differences beteween the screen itself and when converting a signal, however when signals remain digital (DVI-HDMI/DP) those difference should not be big.
Are all your screens the same Brand/Type ? Does it help when you switch screen from DP to HDMI or does the one connected to DP still give darker picture ?

    Hi Daro,
Not really following what you are saying :-S
    Anyway to connect 6 screens to a reference designed R9 390;
    Outputs will be 1x DP + 1 x HDMI1.4 + 2 x DVI-D.
Normally a R9 390 can output “natively” or “directly from the graphics card” a total of 4 screens.
If you want to conenct more, you can up to 6, but will need an Displayport MST Hub.
First you can use standard cables to connect tp the HDmi and 2 x DVI-D ports of the card, and then connect a CSV-5300H to the Displayport output and connect with normla HDMI cables to the screens. I hope that answers your question.

    Good day Arnij,

2 times 1920×1200 at 60Hz should fit easy thru a DP1.2 output. and altough we did not test that ourselves, we do have end-users reporting to have wsorkingine under Ubuntu.
Please disable all Energy Safe related settings on system and screens, to prevent that from being “in the way”.
Also we have a firmware update that i will send you by email.
Pleas do make sure to have the latest grahcis driver installed …

    Hi Revenger,

I advise you to use HDMI 1 port on the TV and make a custom resolution on the crimson driver for 3840x2160p with timing standard set to CVT-Redeuced Blanking. Please also check your HDMI Cable is capable of doing 4K at 60Hz or HDMI 2.0 or 18Gbps
