Buenas tardes. 
Please let me know where are you located to see if we can help you with a local distributor so they can offer to you the 4K version for the HDMI adapter.
On your second question, the Docking Station will also work and you will have additional ports for USB, audio etc. This will work best with USB 3.0 of course.
