Sorry for the late reaction.
I don’t think there will still be R9 270 available in the market, we have been sold out for quite some time now. Replacement item is R7 370 (CGAX-R7376) which has very similar performance to the R9 270. If you prefer a step up than i would advise a R9 285 (CGAX-R92856) or R9 380 (CGAX-R93858). That should all run fine on your Power Supply no worries.
