Dell XPS 8300 and Club 3D R9 290?

Has anyone had one of these cards work in their Dell (H67 chipset)? My BIOS is up to date and does not have any options for changing any graphics-related items.

Upgraded the PSU to a EVGA 750w. Both 6 and 8-pin connectors are installed.

Boots to black screen – does not POST.

If I remove the card and use on-board graphics or my old AMD Radeon 6670, it boots without issue.

Got a new mobo and installed today. A MSI B75. Card was plug and play and flawless. AC: Unity is running at 65+ FPS with settings on Ultra. Sweet.

No can do in another PC. I’ve got a new mobo coming that should wotk with it though.

There is an on-board video option in the bios WHEN it detects a card in the PCIe slot. Problem is, with the 290, it doesn’t POST, so I can’t get to the BIOS. I have left my old card in, disabled onboard video, then shutdown and put in the 290, to no avail.
