DP to HDMI 2560 x 1440 (1440P) more 120hz / 144 hz?

Hi,

is there any Adaper that supports DP to HDMI in 2560 x 1440 (1440P) in 120hz or 144hz? 
My GPU is a NVIDA Quadro RTX 4000 and my Monitor an Eizo Foris FS2735 144hz.

cant use the DP on the Monitor cause ist already used by my gameing PC. the Quadro 4000 is the Work PC 😉
