For CLUB3D USB A auf HDMI™ 2.0 Dual Monitor, we can download a driver ZIP file, but we cannot unpack it, because the file is corrupt. Please advise where to get a working driver from. Will the device work with USB 3.0 as well (Lenovo S540 to be specific)?

and yes that should work just fine on the USB 3.0 port of a Lenovo S540.
