I’m having trouble connecting to KS8000 UHD HDR-enabled TV.

There is a screen flicker (pull) that is sustained when set in the Lo-Envidia control panel. I looked up the internet and found that firmware update is possible. Please tell me how.

My computer’s display resolution and color settings are:

GTX 1080ti

3840 2160

60hz

8bpc color deep

RGB

Full range

Hello Cheng,

Thank you for your question. for HDR to work the bit output should be 10bpc (10bit).

Could you aslo take a look at the following link to make sure you are running the latest firmware for your videocard.

may i ask what do you mean specificaly with the Lo-Envidia control panel?
