Hello

I’d like to drive two BenQ EX3501R (native resolution 3440×1440) out of my PC with a built-in Intel HD Graphics 620, which seems to be supporting MST. I have connected one to the built-in HDMI port and the second to my CSV-1545. However, all I get is an “unknown USB device” reported for the UBS-C hub. 

Is this supposed to work ?

Hi

What OS are you running? Please make sure that win10 is up-to-date by running all the updates.

What brand of pc do you have ? Seems like a driver issue on your usb-c port.

Hi

It is an Asuspro D340MF running Windows 10 LTSC 2019. All patches installed as far as I can tell.

Hi,

I checked the specifications on the Asuspro.

what I miss is the USB-C Displayport Alt-mode support on the Intel mainboard.

Neither am I able to find an Displayport output in general.

could you find out of your USB-C port support Displayport Alt-mode? if this is not the case the adapter will not work.
