Type A or Type C for docking station

I want to buy the docking station CSV-3242HD but it’s not clear to me if I need a type-A or type-C usb port on my notebook. Does it works also with type A USB 3.0 ports? Thanks

Hi Franzord,

That is a valid question. To answer it, it is USB Type A. so you need to connect it to a Type-A.

And it is backward compatible.
