Hey guys I'm Mike from the Philippines. I'm a tech enthusiast and hardware reviewer. Well, I don't have any brand preference since I entered into this line of work. Current test rig is an Intel then was just building up an AMD platform test rig. It would be using an FX 8370 from a fellow reviewer in the US, an MSI 970 Gaming which I'm reviewing at the moment, Kingston predator memory, a be quiet! dark power pro PSU, OCZ SSD and well I wish it was an all-AMD test rig. If it's about the latest tech, I'm interested about it. Hoping to see some fun and learning here too.

Welcome to Insights Mike! Please share your hardware knowledge here in Insights and if possible we like to hear from the enthusiast market in the Philippines.

Will gladly do. Thanks Paul :) I'll look for old build images to post.

Hello... you can call me MAXXHEW.  I found this forum through a Tweet.  There is a contest going on, so I thought I'd join in on this site.  Looks well made and informative.  A gaming friend of mine uses and recommends Club GPU's.... he lives in Netherlands, but here in the U.S.A. it's kinda hard to find them.  I would love to win that R9 CLUB card because I'm building a gaming PC for my 10 year old sons Christmas gift... I don't have all the pieces yet, so every little bit would help.  He would be SOOOO happy, and the CLUB R9 would get a lot of daily use! Anyways... here's what I currently play with: I'm glad I found this site. Thank You.

Hi Barry, nice to see you here...:)

Thanks nKwoel there is some stunning builds here

Yeah, especially your new build...and you've got my thumb to there (place when your pic has a star in monitor and a cap hang over) :D

ohhhhhhhh I know who you are now mate lol :p

15 Coolermaster JetFlos??? That thing must sound like a vacuum cleaner on steroids!
My pc is loud as well... but it only runs 2 JetFlos, 2 SickleFlos, and 5 stock Coolermaster case fans.  Have a listen to mine... I fire it up at about 04:46 into the vid.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYsHEcQnMgU  It's not as loud when I remove the DDR3 cooler... those little fans spin at something crazy high like 8000 rpm.

Maxxhew yes it is hellish loud when on full but due to having so much air pumping through I can have them set on medium which is very quite compared to when they are all on full :) temps are only on 39c when gaming with fans on medium so thats great for me to be honest

Hello everybody. I'm a wannabe geek from Europe, looking forward to be a part of your community.

just realized I never introduced myself! lol  Im Geoff from the US. Have loved PC building and Gaming since my first build (Pentium 90 - 16MB ram.. windows 3.1! lol)
Here is my current system

Recently got the modding bug and want to do so much more (sleeving, painting, etc) but time and money always slows it down! lol

Thats a nice build Geoff, but it will need an extra setup for cabling :)

i have a BitFenix Pandora on the way... its not made for ATX boards but I was told it will fit with some work :) should be cool

Aah...you make me jelly about Pandora :). Post it here...wish to see your build log

I was very lucky to get it  - I will do that.. but it will take a long while - no hurry (and dont have all parts yet...)

Or before you install the components, why dont you make an unboxing photo/video about the case? It will be fun too...

And I'm  too waiting for my Pandora. Not sure if it is a good case. Much better one is the FTZ01 from SilverStone.

Hey!! Glad to be here looking to learn and have fun.
