Hi All,

I have 3 csv-3103D but it seems the network connection is not useable.
the Ethernet port seems not to work. Is there a separate installation required for this?

Good day asadilan,

Sorry to hear this.
No there should not be a separate driver installation needed, jsut the DisplayLink software should do.
Please do this:

Disconnect CSV-3103d from system.

First un-install all Displaylink software from your system.

Reboot.

Dowload and install latest available driver corresponding to your Operating system.

MAC OS: http://www.club-3d.com/en/openpdfz/2403_2/zip/displaylink_sw_mac_os_x_10.12_11_10_version_4.0.0.zip/

When done reboot.

Now connect the CSV-3103D and it should function in a proper manner.
