Windows have all latest updates.
Catalyst 14.12 installed .
Hdmi cable is ok .
No overclock.
I think it maybe problem in bios .
But i can’t find any new bios for my card.

Hello,  write the model of your videocard.
And a little theory :
The fact that the hdmi port transmits only a digital signal,
VGA – Analog, so you can not display the image through hdmi-vga without processing.
Need converting adapter.
If you want to connect 2 monitors, write some outs are at your monitor (DVI-E or I . ) (HDMI) (VGA) (or else)
