Hi,

i just bought Your graphic card Radeon HD 7870 ’13Series CGAX-787613 from second hand and i don’t have picture on all video connectors. I discovered that someone flash it with wrong bios i.e. for Radeon HD 7870 jokerCard CGAX-7876DS. Could You send me a correct bios image?

Hi,
Can you send us your serial number? Send a mail to [email protected] and we will send you the BIOS file.

Hi,
I spoke with support and the sent me correct bios, but my graphics card still don’t display image on all video connectors. When i run my PC with integred gpu i see that my pc recognizes this gpu. What could be the problem, my radeon is broken?
