Does it not work with Apple default drivers?
Can you show USB info of the device from System Information.app USB tab?
Did you try the 2020 version at https://www.realtek.com/en/component/zoo/category/network-interface-controllers-10-100-1000m-gigabit-ethernet-usb-3-0-software ?

Hello! I’m quite sure I’ve been to this website before cookie clicker but I’m not entirely sure. earlier, but after reading through some of the other postings, I understood that it was something I had never experienced before.
