I have an Acer Aspire 5 and when i plug in the docking station i hear my laptop beep and can find the docking station in the hardware settings but when i plug monitors into the docking station Windows cannot detect them and therefore i cannot use the dock. I have updated all drivers for Windows 10 and there is no driver to download for the device on the Club 3D website. I also cannot find a chat function or phone number to call for support.
