What hardware do you use? Laptop make & model etc.

Same is for me, none of USBs would work anymore. Tried on three different laptops, all the same. Moreover, most recently the unit stopped passing sufficient power to the laptop, so no charging happening. I see only one option is to return the item – filed RMA number request
