We have the following problem with the product CSV 5400. If the switch gets no signal (for example, when the PC is shut down or the cable is not connected), then it switches all connected monitors constantly on and off.
All separately connected (not on CSV 5400) monitors remain in standby.
What could be this, how can we solve the problem?
