I have to write here, as i never received reply from support after a purchased of a new unit..  So the problem is  as soo i connect the CSV-6200H. by using it on an Nvidia Quadro M4000 or a K2200, when i plug it in, i got my second screen output, resolution look good. But i end up getting a kind of double mouse pointer getting stuck mostly on the top left corner of the main screen. As soon i turn off the second hdmi screen ‘ on port 2 let say’ the artifact second mouse pointer dissapear. But have this also on present on the mst output is very bad, as it now show on all screen. Same on different pc, different gfx card. Unit is defective.

Thanks

*and i do have 3 different product from you. So far 1 not working.

What driver is your nvidia card running on? When did the problem start. From your message I understand that it has been working fine earlier. Did you upgrade a video driver or make a hardware change?

Both system work fine with a cac1180 the dp to hdmi port. But as soon i plug the mst hub, 6200h : the ghost effect appear.

So no , with 2 system, 2 different version of driver, the mst csv6200h give problem. Ghost on main screen and on output of the mst port 1 or 2.. same thing. Problem present with different screen, with different resolution.

Just got a Startech mst 3port. Plug and play, work perfectly and the supposed software issues is not there, as it’s not. Quite a shame as no phone, no email reply from club3d. bad support.
