Hello, my monitor is a Benq XL2420T @120/144hz on DVI-D and my new graphic card only runs DisplayPort.
I was wondering if your adapter:

could help me run at least @120hz on a 1920×1080(1080p) resolution.

Thanks for your question.
the answer is yes unfortunatly this particular item CAC-1051 is EOL. You could try the CAC-1000 however you will not be able to run your screen and 120hz. only at 1920x1080p @60hz
to my knowledge Club-3D is currently working on a solution, for this specific question although no time frame is given.
