Displayport to DVI dual link RTX 3070 144hz

Ill be upgrading my graphics card to an RTX 3070 which has only display port… I have a BenQ xl2411 monitor which only supports 144hz over DVI.. will the CAC-1010 be able to fulfill its job?

I currently have the 3070 and just got my CAC-1010 in the mail and it is not working on my XL2411. Please help.
