I'm having trouble connecting to KS8000 UHD HDR-enabled TV.
There is a screen flicker (pull) that is sustained when set in the Lo-Envidia control panel. I looked up the internet and found that firmware update is possible. Please tell me how.
My computer's display resolution and color settings are:

3840 2160
60hz
8bpc color deep
RGB

Thank you for your question. for HDR to work the bit output should be 10bpc (10bit).
Could you aslo take a look at the following link to make sure you are running the latest firmware for your videocard.

may i ask what do you mean specificaly with the Lo-Envidia control panel?
