Hi, i have bought a cac-1080 adapter for 2160@60hz on my oled b8 55″, I followed all the instructions but without results, black screen, can you help me? (i have a 390x amd video card)

would you be so kind to contact [email protected] to get a frimware update for the CAC-1080.
also could you check if you have the latest drivers installed for your Amd 390x. what OS are you running, does it reconize the CAC-1080 when it is connected to the LG tv?
could u provide me with that information and include it in the email to [email protected]
