I have an Intel HD 4000 with display Port 1.1a, i connected two monitors by display port, and windows 10 show them like one unique monitor duplicating them. How can extend my two displays?

What system do you have, which CPU is inside (Type nr) ?
It sounds like your system does not support Multi Stream Transport feature which is necessary to be bale to send multi video signals thru a singel DP output...
