Hi,

I have the CSV 1564W65 docking station.  2 of the USB ports have stopped working.  They are both the USB 2.0 ports.  They were working in the morning, I went to work, plugged the laptop in the docking ports that they have there.  I came back home and noticed that the 2 USB 2.0 ports on the docking station do not work anymore.  I remember when I was at work and used their docking station, my laptop was freezing up.  Not sure if that had anything to do with it.  

Do any solutions come to mind?
