Warrant/RMA for DP1.2 to HDMI2.0 4K cable

Hi, I bought a cable of yours via amazon.co.uk.
I recently (minutes) created a support request in http://www.club-3d.com/index.php/support/contact-us-for-technical-support/cables-adapters.en.html
Since I did not get a confirmation e-mail, I searched and found this forum.

Basically my CAC-1070 Display Port 1.2 to HDMI 2.0 4k 60Hz stopped working after 2 months of usage.
Amazon says to contact the manufacturer, which is you.

How can I return or exchange this item?

you should have received an answer from [email protected] by now.
If you remain to have issues with the Adapter please and you need to calim warranty, than you should be able to do that form whomever you bought the goods from. Was this Amazon itself or a seller or another company selling on amazon ?

Hi, I did receive an answer suggesting to check for previous system restore points but it did not help. I am now waiting for a new response.

The company that selled the cable goes by the name CLUB3D (check the seller’s name below)

I am quite sure Club3D did not sell you the cable directly, we are indeed the manufcturer, but other parties can seel this product on Amazone in the UK or even Amaozon itself. Please ckeck your order receipt or invoice, there it should state who you actually bought the product from and should be be able to claim warranty from.
If you ahve any problem with that, by all means let us know so we try to assist.
