so i have the hp lp3065 and i will not connect to my USB3.2 Gen1 Type-C to Dual Link DVI-D
i dont know how to do any of the connecting i just know that i want my screen back it is in the usb-c and in the duel link

Where is the adapter connected to? Which laptop/PC exactly? You must make sure the USB-C you connect the adapter to supports DisplayPort Alt mode.

The front port of your case does not support Display.

What Graphics card is in the PC? Is there a USB-C port on that?

Then I would return the CAC-1510 and get the CAC-1010 DisplayPort to DVI.
